Luciano Pavarotti requested a single object of great value for a charity auction, organized by the Luciano Pavarotti Foundation. The Giusti family created the “Scrigno”, a precious wooden box containing the entire historical collection in the classic “Champagnotta” bottle, alongside five premium condiments with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena aged in single barrels of oak, cherry, chestnut, mulberry and juniper.

Giusti “monolegni” are a tasting experience through the Giusti family recipes. Through an ancient system, the aging liquid is transferred through casks of different woods which release scents and flavors, creating a rich bouquet. Selected maturation in casks of a specific wood concentrates specific essences in each condiment:
