ORGANIC BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA PGI
Azienda Agricola Giusti balsamic vinegars are made from grape must and wine vinegars, from organic and sustainable agriculture. The traditionally slow cooked grape must is mixed with wine vinegars in casks from different woods and varying sizes. Left to age in these casks, the liquid obtains the aromas of the unmistakable “Giusti style”.
ORGANIC SWEET AND SOUR CONDIMENTS
Giusti Sweet and Sour condiments are obtained from the delicate addition of selected fresh fruit juices from organic farming to Giusti produced wine vinegar and grape must.
Ideal for creating marinades and dressings, and for glazing and caramelizing. Novel uses include their addition to refreshing drinks and cocktails!
ORGANIC APPLE CIDER VINEGARS
Giusti apple cider vinegars are made exclusively from Italian organic apples, following a slow and natural fermentation process. Their taste and nutritional properties remain intact as pasteurization is not performed. Apple cider vinegar is a well-known purifying food and an excellent dressing. Unfiltered products maintain the “mother”; a bacterial colony left in suspension and responsible for acetic fermentation.
Single-Varietal Wine Vinegars
Giusti wine vinegars are the result of experimentation on single-grape vinegars, that are obtained from musts of just one grape variety. The grapes from which we get these vinegars are organic, sustainable and ferment slowly and naturally.
