THE FAMILY RESERVE
A special series of fine condiments, dedicated to the local and ongoing custom of bottling small quantities of balsamic vinegar from the family’s production.
As tradition goes, these small glass bottles of sweet, delicate and considerably dense condiments are completed by hand, sealed with rope and red wax.
