It is sweet, round and sensual, in the mouth woody notes and specific hints of balsamic vinegar accompanied by aromas of marjoram, thyme and nutmeg. The aging in the ancient barrels gives spicy and balsamic notes

Enjoy it on the rocks as an aperitif or after dinner, accompanied by an orange slice. It's the perfect ingredient for classic cocktails like Negroni and Americano.
