This delicate condiment is obtained combining fresh apple juice with naturally acetified apple cider, to which a splash of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is finally added.
The blend obtained is then aged in French oak barrels.
The result is an apple cider vinegar distinguished by a balanced acidity and a charming bouquet of fruity and vanilla notes.
