The Exhibition
Ageing Rooms Tasting BoutiqueTen rooms dedicated to the story telling of balsamic vinegar, among historical memory and family recollections.
Among the most precious memorabilia are centuries-old casks such as the "A3" cask with which Giuseppe Giusti, on the occasion of the Italian Exhibition organized by the Savoy Royal Family in Florence, 1861, obtained a gold medal for a “90-year-old balsamic vinegar”. The Giusti family participated in various Expositions of the late nineteenth century, travelling with the barrels filled with balsamic vinegars, and in 1929 received from King Vittorio Emanuele III, the Royal House of Savoy coat of arms, entrusted to official Royal Suppliers.
