Born from the meeting between the historical tradition of Giusti Balsamic Vinegar and the brilliance of Gianluca Fusto, great experimenter and master pastry chef, Alchimia represents a new way to interpret the chocolate. A great surprise for the palate and a completely new, intense, embracing taste, distinguished by a high aromatic complexity.

THE ESSENCE OF BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA

Alchimia is a chocolate made from the union of raw materials at source, able to recreate those olfactory feelings and that bouquet of scents typical of a Balsamic Vinegar cask.

Three ingredients only: Millot chocolate 74% refined for about 4 months in the barrels of our ancient ageing rooms, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 5 Gold Medals Banda Rossa and time, needed so that ingredients can ripen, be transformed and come to a new life.
