Located in the iconic food lover's paradise street, not far from the Duomo Cathedral, the "Via Spadari Boutique" is a space dedicated to Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. It presents the centuries-old history of Giusti and its products, surrounded by ancient barrels from our vinegar repository.
In the chic, spacious setting, the boutique creates an experiential tasting journey of the finest Giusti collections of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, accompanied by the centuries-long family history.

Acetaia Giusti presents: TIMEMADE by David Dolcini
Giusti and the designer David Dolcini have joined forces to explore the impact that time has on humanity through wood.
From April 15th to 21st, a selection of wooden artworks from TIMEMADE, a collection signed by Designer Dolcini, will be showcased at the Milesene boutique.
Come and discover the captivating shapes of wood and its invaluable role in the production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena!
The exhibition is open to visitors with free admission during the shop's opening hours.
The Masterclass
An exclusive journey among aromatic centuries-old barrels to discover the secrets of the art of vinegar making. Visitors will be guided through an engaging tasting journey that starts with an explanation of the production method, continues with visual and olfactory analysis, and ends with spoon tasting of the finest collections of Giusti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
The Masterclass lasts 30 minutes and is available upon request every Friday/Saturday/Sunday from 3pm to 6pm.
